The Swiss Courier

I was going to start reading "Chasing Mona Lisa" but after I picked it up, I realized that it was the seques to "The Swiss Courier".  Luckily I already had it on my TBR shelf.  I started reading it last night.  So far it is very intriguing.

Book #1:
Death by Darjeeling (Tea Shop, Bk 1)

"Death by Darjeeling" Tea Shop Series Book 1
Author:  Laura Childs
Rating: 4/5 (I really liked this book.  I was fully involved in trying to solve the mystery!  I've already ordered the next two books in the series.)

Meet Theodosia Browning, owner of Charleston's beloved Indigo Tea Shop.  Patrons love her blend of delicious tea tastings and southern hospitality.  And Theo enjoys the full-bodied flavor of a town steeped in history -- and mystery... — It's tea for two hundred or so at the annual historic homes garden party.

And Theodosiaevent caterer, is busy serving steaming teas and blackberry scones while guests sing her praises.  But the sweet smell of success turns to suspense when an esteemed guest is found dead -- his hand clutching an empty teacup.  All eyes are on Theo... who is now trying desperately to save her reputation and track down the real killer.  If only she can make sense of it all--before someone else takes their last sip...

Book #2:
Love Finds You in Camelot, Tennessee

"LFYI Camelot, Tennessee"
Author: Janice Hanna
Rating: 4/5 (This was a fun read about a small town pulling together to save their town.)

Steve Garrison is the newly elected mayor of the tiny town of Camelot, Tennessee. When his childhood friend Amy Hart comes up with a plan to revive the town’s economy, he jumps onboard. The townspeople will perform the musical “Camelot” in the city’s park, drawing in nightly crowds. While excitement is high, talent is lacking. Amy casts several of the parts but is stumped when it comes to the role of King Arthur.

In desperation, she turns to Steve. Will he pull the sword from the stone and save the day? Steve reluctantly agrees—on one condition. In exchange for his willingness to wear tights, Amy must play the role of Guinevere. And when a handsome newcomer cast as Lancelot takes an interest in Amy, the stage is set for a little tension—and perhaps love.

Now, for the GIVEAWAY!

I'll be giving away both books that I read this week:

"Death by Darjeeling" is a book I got from PBS so it has been read a few times but still in good condition.

"LFYI Camelot Tennessee" is a fairly new book I got from PBS.  I might have been the second reader.  Great shape.

All you have to do is leave a comment telling me which book you'd like a chance to win.  That's it!

I'll pick the winners on Wednesday, May 8th, at 12 pm EST.

Also, don't forget my giveaway for "The Next Always" by Nora Roberts.  You'll find a link to that giveaway at the top of my blog.

Have a great Wednesday!
