Weekly Weigh In ~ 1/29/20

Hello and Happy Weekly Weigh In!

Can you tell that I had a loss this week?  I'm feeling cheerful!

My Workshop on Saturday was all about tracking.  Tracking in an honest, accurate manner is why I had a loss this week.  Most days, I actually pre-tracked.  What that means is that at the beginning of the day, I went into MyWW app and tracked the food I was planning to eat that day and then I stuck to it.  It worked!  I lost 1.4 lbs and actually had 1 smart point taken away from my daily allotment.  I now get 29 smart points daily along with my 42 weekly points.

As for exercise, I worked my butt off this past week!  We're back to going to the gym on a regular basis and I earned 33 Fit points which surpassed my 25 fitpoint goal for the week.  The app actually asked me if I want to increase my fitpoint goal to 35 and I went for it!  I'm going to really have to push myself to reach 35 fitpoints this week.  I'll let you know how I do at next week's weigh in.

Now,

On to the weigh in:

WW Starting Weight ~ 7/27/19 ~ 290.8 lbs
2020 Starting Weight ~ 12/28/19 ~ 270.2 lbs

Last Week's Weight ~ 11/17/20 ~ 269.8 lbs

This Week's Weight ~ 1/25/20 ~ 268.4 lbs

This Week's Total:  -1.4 lbs

Grand Total: -22.4 lbs

I'll be weighing in on Saturdays and posting my results on Wednesday.  If you'd like to join in on the journey, I'd love to have some weight loss friends!
