Weekly Weigh In ~ 1/15/20

This week I maintained my weight...  No gain.  No loss.  I don't know whether to be happy, sad or mad!

I just wish I could get my rear in gear and be consistent.  I'll do really well for a day or two and then blow the next day!  Consistency and determination need to happen if I want to meet my goals.

Exercise and staying within my daily points allowed are key and I'm the only one that can do it!


On to the weigh in:

WW Starting Weight ~ 7/27/19 ~ 290.8 lbs
2020 Starting Weight ~ 12/28/19 ~ 270.2 lbs

Last Week's Weight ~ 11/4/20 ~ 268.8 lbs

This Week's Weight ~ 1/11/20 ~ 268.8 lbs

This Week's Total:  -0.0 lbs

Grand Total: -21.0 lbs

  1. I am going to join in on the weight loss fun! I weigh in on Monday but will definitely post here Wednesday! Since I started last week with exercise again...I am down 5.4!!!!!! YAY

  2. And also remember, muscle weighs more than fat. So you could be losing inches and gaining more muscle mass which would make you gain a little, so don't get discouraged when the scale doesn't move.
