Here's my teaser for this week:

~The vaqueros watched her every move.  Their concentration weighed on her.  Sheheld her lower lip with her teeth, holding in her sick feeling.  She carefully, slowly, stitiched, trying to think of cloth, not skin.  Scully remained the stoic Anglo throughout--until she poured the iodine over the wound.~
