Once again (for the bazillionth time), I'm starting on a weight loss journey.
Last week, the hubby worked second shift, so I made our main meal at lunchtime. Then by evening, I was starving and gave in to too many temptations including the temptation not to walk for exercise :(
I was a bit disappointed, though not surprised, when I got on the scale this week and gained 1.5 lbs.
I'm not giving up though! I still have a whole month to go until my check-up with my dr. and I'm determined to lose as much weight as I can before then. I don't know if a loss of 8.5 lbs is realistic but I'm going to do my best :)

You are so honest - and you can do it. I am trying to lose weight too. My knee surgery is now set for May 31 and I would love to be at least 10lbs lighter. I have tried for months and months but I am a stress eater - and it has been a stressful couple of years. We can do it Colletta. let's support each other.
