Once again (for the bazillionth time), I'm starting on a weight loss journey.
My first mini-goal is to get below 280 lbs. I'm giving myself a deadline of June 3, 2022 as that is my next doctor's appointment. Yikes! No pressure!
I'll be weighing in on Mondays and posting my results on Wednesday. If you'd like to join in on the journey, I'd love to have some weight loss friends and support!

After the previous week's gain, I was a bit nervous about weighing in this Monday.
I was pleasantly surprised to have lost 2.5 pounds!!!
Something Carla (Half of Carla on youtube) said in one of her videos has stuck with me and helped me so much. She said, "It isn't about motivation. It is about consistency." I've translated that into: "Just do it! Even if you don't want to!" I'm putting that into practice this week.
