Tea Time ~ Concerts and Crochet ~ 12/18/15

Grab a cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or your favorite drink
while I share a few things that made me smile this week :)

~I am so very glad to say that everyone in the house is on the mend from a super-yucky flu!  Now to get everyone back in their own beds :)
~The Christmas Concert at the school was a few nights ago!  It was Laken's first concert and the first time Laken and Kaylee were in the concert together :)
~All the present are wrapped!  We're ahead of the game this year :)
~The Official CCC Facebook Group announced that their new Crochet Along ( CAL) will start on February 4, 2016!  It is called "Mandala Madness".  Here's a sneaky peak :)
~After having to wear my glasses for almost 4 months, I was finally able to put my contacts back in!  This excites me to no end  :)
What made you smile this week?

Please leave a comment with a link so I can return the visit!

  1. Yay for contacts!!! Merry Christmas! :)

I'm STILL working on gifts and projects but I have everything that needs to be shipped out in the mail already! :) No more waiting for the very last day for me! :D

  2. Yay for concerts and contacts. Sorry for sickness. I am impressed with the gifts -- I haven't even bought all our gifts. LOL!
    Merry Christmas!

  3. Happy you are all on the mend. The tree and the mountain of gifts look amazing.

  4. Glad that you have had some great moments this week especially your contacts! You are all set for Christmas, it looks very festive indeed! Thank you for joining Five On Friday and making it a great thing this year. I so appreciate it! Happy Christmas! See you again in 2016! xx

  5. I only wear contacts about twice a month! Ha! Glasses are easier. I hope you have a wonderful week leading up to Christmas!

  6. Looks like you had a lovely week with the beautiful pictures you shared of your family and tree. I think I'm ready for Christmas too but my time goes by so fast these days! I hope you have a festive, fun filled weekend and a Merry Christmas, too. Pat :)

  7. Sweet kids! I love their names, too! LOVE that beautiful tree and all the wrapped presents! We still have wrapping to do! Many reasons to smile this week, I'm seeing...especially getting back to those contacts I bet! :-)

  8. Oh I'm glad you are all better before Christmas, there is nothing worse than everyone feeling poorly at Christmastime. Your presents look beautiful. I love the children's concerts, they are a real sign of Christmas for me. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas xxx
