Stuck in a Good Book Giveaway Hop ~ Ends 9/25/12

This blog hop is hosted by

I have a tendency to get into what my husband calls "book mode".  When I'm in "book mode", I block out everything else.  In my house, between the kids and the dogs and the hubby I have to!

I guess you could say I get stuck in books :)

I'll be giving away all 3 books of the "Daughters of Jacob Kane" series so you can get good and stuck:)

Hannah Grace (Daughters of Jacob Kane, book #1)Maggie RoseAbbie Ann (Daughters of Jacob Kane, book #3)

"Hannah Grace", "Maggie Rose", and "Abbie Ann" by Sharlene MacLaren

To enter the giveaway:

*Mandatory-  Leave a comment telling me if you have a special place you like to go to get stuck in a book or what your ultimate hideaway would be.

*Extra-  Follow my blog and leave a second comment telling me that you do :)

The giveaway will run until 11:59pm EST, September 25, 2012.  The winner will be announced on September 26th.

  8. Right now my best place to get lost in a book is in my recliner in the living room because it's the brightest area in the house and mostly quiet while the hubby works in our home office and the roommate sleeps during the day.

My dream reading nook would be a room that I turn into a library with a bay window with a nice big window seat for me to chill out on with a good book and a cup of tea :)

  27. Although, my favorite place to read is in a coffee shop, because I love the smells, I usually tend to read in the living room on my comfy chair with a warm blanket and a cup of coffee. Of course, the lighting is always perfect and the distractions are very minimum.

  33. I have several places I like to hideaway but one is in the mountains in the midst of trees where thee is seldom any people around.
The next best is on a secluded cliff above the ocean listening to the waves and birds.
Both are very relaxing. There you feel you get lost in your book or in your thoughts without interruption.

  34. Thank you for a fantastic giveaway, which i would love to have the oportunity of reading. When reading one can escape from the world that surrounds them which is why i read anywhere. Even if i am in a busy place as soon as i begin to read and loose myself within the words, daily life around me seems to disapear! x
