Hotel for Dogs

We took the girls on a Valentine's "date" to see Hotel for Dogs. I was cute but kinda predictable. A great kid's movie but pretty much the same as most of the animal movies lately. I don't know. Maybe I just wasn't that into it. The girls liked it and Laken actually sat pretty well through most of the movie. Next time, its going to be an "adult date". Maybe in a couple months or so... most likely.

A Good Book

I think this afternoon I'm going to settle in with a good book while Laken naps. Doug is on second shift and Kaylee won't get home from school until 3:15pm. I just got Hope by Lori Copeland in the mail from http://www.paperbackswaps.com/. I think I'll snuggle in with my fuzzy blanket and have some quiet time.

First, though, I must do a load of dishes...

Arrgh...somehow the wrong buttons clicked and it deleted my first post! So basically, it said:
