 Q.  Do you read classics? If so, what is your favorite? (submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)

A.  I don't read classics very often because I don't like to re-read books.  However, I love everything Jane Austen.  "Pride and Prejudice" is probably my very favorite.

  1. I didn't even add Jane Austen's novels to my classic favourites because it would just end up in a rant about why I love her, but Pride & Prejudice is also my favourite of hers, closely followed by Persuasion! And 'The Super Mom Myth' sounds like a very interesting read, I hope you enjoy it! Have a lovely weekend and do drop by my Friday Post if you have the time!

  5. Believe it or not, I've never read Jane Austin. I've read a lot of classic literature, but never her books.

right now I am back in science fiction/fantasy mode.

  8. I adore that first line. Me too. I was amazing before I had my daughter!!!

    Happy Friday!

Today on my blog I am sharing the first line from The Bright Unknown by Elizabeth Byler Younts. Oh my word is this book amazing!!! Currently, I am reading Once Upon a Christmas: Contemporary Retellings of Timeless Tales. It's a really fun Christmas collection of novellas. I'll share a line from that book here.

"Being escorted out of the firm by building security wasn't on his to-do list, but he could write it in later ... and cross it off."

LOL! This book is filled with sweet and sassy stories. I am loving it so far.

Hope you have a great weekend. Happy reading!
