My Overall Feeling of the Book:

This book could not have come at a better time for me!  As I struggle periodically with anxiety and depression, there were so many times where this little book hit me straight in the heart.

I love how the author infuses humor into such a serious subject.  It made me laugh even when I didn't feel like laughing.  Now, that is saying something!

A Brief Excerpt:
Take heart!  In your armour, you're one big, bad, bold, behunkus-whipping mama.
And don't you forget it!

The Cover:

Just seeing a bowlful of chocolate releases endorphins!  I also really liked that the pages inside were a perfect pink.  So soothing.
