Well, this week I stayed the exact same weight.

  2. Hey, just keep saying to yourself- THIRTY ONE POUNDS!!! That's the size of a toddler, and that's what you have lost!!! Maintaining is a battle in itself, so be proud of yourself!!! And keep it up, you got this!!!
