Hmmm...what's next? Sounds like she will stick up for herself, that's for sure.

I'd need more text to decide but, from the cover I don't think this is a me-book.
ReplyDeleteVery teasing type of teaser. My teaser this week is from House Rules by Jodi Picoult. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteAll you had to write was England, 1812 and I was in. I love British based stories and, while mysteries are my favorite, this sounds fun so I would surely continue to read to see what happens next.

My FPFC Tuesday
Bravely - boldly - hmmm...well, there seems to be a story there for sure. LOL
ReplyDeleteHa! I wonder if this is for me. But hope you're loving it.
ReplyDeleteI've read this book. It was really interesting — lot of surprises and I loved the time period. Thanks for sharing. Here's the link to my intro/teaser today from Carrie Fisher's Postcards from the Edge: http://wp.me/p4DMf0-1uf
ReplyDeleteI accidentally went to the wrong Linky! Gorgeous cover and intriguing lines.
ReplyDeleteHere's mine: “THINGS WE DIDN’T SAY”
Camille sounds like a strong woman, especially for the times in which the book is set. Love the cover.
ReplyDeleteMy Tuesday post features THE SEA BETWEEN.
There's not much to go on. I'd need to read a few more paragraphs. I do hope you enjoy it.
