I decided to bake a cake for Sunday night "Coffee Break" last week.
This is a yellow layer cake with fluffy icing. I sprinkled Andes Bits on top.
It was soooo good. My icing turned out exceptionally well and little chocolatey mint pieces on top turned it into a completely different creation than it would have been otherwise.
Now I'm thinking about those bits that are still in my baking cupboard. Give me strength!
