I loved the movie Titanic! Such an epic love story and tragic disaster all in one movie. I remember when my best friend and I went to see it at the theater (the first time it came out), the film caught on fire and we had to get rain-check tickets to go see it at another time! What a memory!
This giveaway is for either an epic love story or a tragic disaster. This looks like it will have both for you:

The end of the movie Titanic is very memorable for me. Me and my best friend were home watching it while the kids were at school. The kids arrived home right after Leonardo DiCaprio's character died. We were both crying our eyes out and the kids asked us what was wrong. All we could do was reply "But he died!!!......" I have never watched the movie again and now I laugh with my kids at that day, but it will always be memorable.

I love the movie Titanic. It's epic and tragic and it's one of my favorites. I actually went and saw that movie in the theater four times one weekend. I was THAT obsessed. As far as epic love stories go, I love 'Outlander' by Diana Gabaldon. The heroine travels through time and meets the man of her dreams. How epic is that! And, he's a higher ranking Jacobite Highlander. Hot.
ReplyDeleteAs far as tragic love stories, I loved the book "Atonement" by Ian McEwan. It's totally tragic that the lovers are separated first by an unfound accusation, a war and finally death. It's so sad but so beautiful how much they did love one another.
