Tuesday at the Table ~ Ranch Dipped Baked Chicken

Photobucket

Who doesn't look for new ways to make chicken for dinner?  I saw this recipe and thought,  hmmm...looks good.  I'll give it a try.

Ranch Dipped Baked Chicken

4 boneless chicken breast (I used tenders)

1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Ranch Dip Packet
3/4 cup crushed Corn Flakes

Heat oven to 350 and grease a 13X9 baking pan.

Melt butter in a cereal size bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, dip packet and corn flakes.

Dip chicken breast into the melted butter and then in the cornflake mixture to coat evenly.  Place into the pan and sprinkle any remaining mixture on top of chicken.

Bake for approx. 40-45 minutes or utnil chicken is fully baked.

Dish out and make sure to get lots of those yummy crumbles left inthe pan :)

Enjoy and share with friends :)

Have a great Tuesday!
