Today's "First Lines" and "56" are from:

First Lines

Is it possible that I'm a procrastinator?  When this idea worked its way into my mind, I scoffed.

 Q.  Can you stop reading before the end of a chapter? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver's Reviews)

A.  No, not usually!  Most of the time I MUST finish a chapter before putting my bookmark in place.  There are occasions when I'm interrupted and have to quit reading before the end of a chapter but I don't like it one bit!

  3. I'm the opposite. I don't care if I'm at the end of a chapter but it is a nice place to stop.

Over on my blog I'm sharing the first line from Misleading Miss Verity by Carolyn Miller: https://christianfictiongirl.blog/2019/11/07/first-line-friday-109/. I'm currently reading Once Upon a Christmas, a novella collection. I'll share a line from there:

Sometimes, despite time, distance, and a significant amount of ignoring it, the past never quite went away.

  8. Lol! I'm like you, Colletta, I find it challenging to stop reading mid-chapter. ;-) Perhaps we should start a support group. ;-)
I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend. Here's my BBH Post
